✅ Refunds Will Be Processed If:
- Item is lost in transit and not delivered.
- Delivery is delayed by more than 2 working days from the promised delivery date.
- Product is spoiled or damaged upon arrival.
- We ensure fresh preparation and secure packaging.
- In case of spoilage or damage, photo evidence must be shared on the same day of delivery.
- If approved, you may receive:
- A replacement at no extra charge, or
- A full refund, provided the item is returned unused and in original packaging.
❌ Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:
- Product is partially consumed or not returned in original condition.
- Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer is unavailable to receive the delivery and item perishes as a result.
- Change of mind or dislike of taste (as taste is subjective).
