✅ Refunds Will Be Processed If:

  1. Item is lost in transit and not delivered.
  2. Delivery is delayed by more than 2 working days from the promised delivery date.
  3. Product is spoiled or damaged upon arrival.
    • We ensure fresh preparation and secure packaging.
    • In case of spoilage or damage, photo evidence must be shared on the same day of delivery.
    • If approved, you may receive:
      • A replacement at no extra charge, or
      • A full refund, provided the item is returned unused and in original packaging.

❌ Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:

  • Product is partially consumed or not returned in original condition.
  • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customer is unavailable to receive the delivery and item perishes as a result.
  • Change of mind or dislike of taste (as taste is subjective).
